At BondBeads, every piece of jewelry is made to order and personalized just for you. Because of this, we have the following policy:

Personalized Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The engraving is incorrect due to our error

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at bondbeadjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, email us immediately at bondbeadjewelry@gmail.com.
